The Foundations of Self Love

Where Awakening Truly Begins - A Living Transmission

The Receiving:

I opened my journal with a clear intention —
to connect, to listen, and to receive whatever message wished to come through in service to all who would one day find this transmission.

I connected more deeply with my Real Self (The unique Creator Consciousness that I am) and all beings of love and light wanting to play here with me now to co-create the words so they might carry a frequency that assists each reader to remember and reclaim their own innate self-love.

Almost instantly, the energy arrived — playful, expansive, familiar:

“Hello, hello, hello! We are here, you, we, us as we are all one and we are coming through to co-create with you.”
“Thank you for allowing and playing with your dreams, bringing them into the here-and-now for all to enjoy.”
“Do not try to figure this out with your mind. There is no figuring. There is only allowing. And in the allowing — receiving.”

The tone was light and loving:

“Fun, fun, fun. Isn’t this fun, you sitting in the love all around you. The love of these journal pages you are writing on with the pen in your hand and the space you are occupying. Love your connection to all that is and the joy of it all.”

I smiled as the current deepened:

“The foundation of self-love is the becoming of your real self — the permission to be free, fully free, in the realization and inspired action of who you truly are.”

And then, very gently, I felt the shift.
What followed was no longer only for me.
It was for you — the message moving outward to every heart ready to receive it.

The Transmission:

Creation is the foundation of self-love.
Frequency is the carrier — the current that brings creation into form.

You are Creator.
You hold your own Divine frequencies — your special song of tones, sounds, and resonances that are only for you.
And when you allow … when you let go …. You expand into more alignment, and your tones, lights and colours weave together coherently forming your unique frequency and song opening the way for more lightness in every part of your life.

You are Divinely born — Divinely raised — This message activates this remembrance within you and awakens the deeper knowing that you are:

Spirit in human form, having a human experience and you are here to remember your Divinity, your uniqueness, and your love of self.

Through this activation and remembrance of who you really are, you transcend the mind and allow for more access to — Dream again.
To imagine again.
To create again.

And your “love for living” blossoms, your desires and wishes unfold and become manifest and you get to create and live in your Heaven on Earth — right here, right now.

This is true self-love —
the remembrance and alchemy of who you really are.
The reclaiming of your real self:
divine, whole, and complete, exactly as you came here.

The foundation of self-love is allowing.
And through this message of remembrance,
a spark of knowing is lit —
a spark that ignites and glows and flourishes with the oxygen of remembrance, reminding you how very special, how uniquely radiant you truly are.

Because YOU ARE LOVE — and you are loved, loving and lovable.

Through that spark of remembrance, self-love naturally grows and expands until you see yourself in all aspects through the lens of Divinity —from which you came and which you are.

You came here to remember just that.
And through this activation, this remembrance, you now ignite the potential for a life full of self-love and love for all —because it always begins within:
You loving you, exactly where you are.

We could teach you exercises, methods, or practices found in any book or website, but that would have been a disservice because we are here to ignite within you the remembrance of what you already know: That you are already LOVE.

You are already perfectly perfect — just as you are.
You must be … for you were born, weren’t you?

Creation — the Divine, the Universe, the Love of All That Is — thought you were a brilliant idea. You are an essential piece of this great puzzle of creation, of your Heaven on Earth unfolding.

So remember and reclaim that knowing, even if it begins only as a spark, for that spark will grow into the grandest light —a beautiful, iridescent, multicoloured, multidimensional light, uniquely woven in your own light codes, colours, frequencies, tones, and nuances.

This is your song.

It will bloom and grow, support and guide you.
And through the becoming of it, you will know yourself as love —
so deeply, so purely, that you fall in love with all that you are and all that is.

And so it is. And it is so.

Reflection:

Before you leave this space, pause for a breath.
Place a hand on your heart and whisper inward:

“I remember. I am love. I am whole.”

Let these words echo through your day.
Let them reshape how you see yourself in the mirror, how you speak to your body, to yourself and how you create.
